Shipping & Delivery

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses to over 200 countries. We are proud to offer this international shipping service. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If the customer happen to be from one of those countries we will contact the person. Furthermore, some orders might be sent in several packages if it provides better logistics and clearance of customs.

All orders are prepared and shipped within 4 business days. Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation e-mail with a tracking code will be sent to the customer.

Delivery time depends on the country of the customer. The delivery time can be found on each product page in the description. But generally our products will take between 14-20 business days* to arrive.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are fulfilled and shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.

Returns

We offer a 14-day refund period. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Attaac does not offer free returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to us. 

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Lost and missing packages

Attaac will not be held responsible for goods lost if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
